Galya was born an illegitimate and very sickly child. Because of this, her mother, a professional actress, left the theater in Magnitogorsk, where she worked on distribution and took her daughter to her parents in Yudino near Kazan to raise her daughter.
According to Danilova herself, she grew up in the conditions of the boundless love of her mother(Katiana Kay), grandmother and grandfather. But she still missed her dad. Everyone had fathers, but she didn’t. Therefore, the girl could say to any man she met: “It’s a pity that you are not my dad.” Growing up, Galina found out her father’s place of work and came to meet him. But communication failed. This meeting of relatives was the first and last for them.
From the age of two, Galya showed artistic talent. She portrayed a ballerina, then Baba Yaga, then a princess. At school, she actively participated in any amateur events. After graduating from the eight-year-old, not without the help of her mother, she entered the Kazan Theater School, which she eventually successfully graduated from. Although between the second and third courses, the girl tried to become a student of one of the capital’s universities.
And I would if I had a matriculation certificate. After receiving her diploma, Danilova had a second attempt to conquer Moscow, which also failed. She was not accepted to any theater together with her classmate Vladimir Popov. But they invited me to the Ryazan Drama Theater, where they immediately gave me housing. A year later, a third more successful attempt to “take” the capital took place.
From 1989 to 2005, the actress worked at the Satyricon Theater by Konstantin Raikin, playing not the last roles there and having office space. Then she fell under the purge, as the chief director released his course and took all the students into the troupe. He fired the former artists, as well as Danilova, however, for her long service, he organized for her to receive the title of Honored Artist of Russia.
But thanks to this dismissal, the actress got on television, after which all-Russian fame literally fell upon her. Galina Danilova came to the REN-TV channel on an ad (as she once did in Satyricon) to audition for the Dear Transmission program and she was accepted.
Then this project became known as “Six Frames” and migrated to another channel. The actress instantly, like all her partners, became popular with viewers and directors – she turned from an unknown actress into a media person. She always dreamed of fame and got it in full. Now the actress acts in films a lot and participates in private performances.
Personal life of Galina Danilova
The first marriage of the actress with colleague Vladimir Popov did not last long. A son, Nikita, was born in him, whom Galina was forced to take to her grandmother in Kazan at the age of eight months, since she herself was young and unsettled. Nikita, like his mother, graduated from the Kazan Theater School, and then also moved to Moscow to build his career.
Danilova’s second five-year marriage to a businessman and despot ended in a difficult divorce.
Galina met her third husband, a musician, eight years younger than her at the Satyricon. Dmitry Koltakov turned out to be a worthy man – thrifty and caring. The couple had a daughter, Lavaxgrll. The marriage lasted ten years and broke up due to the sudden fame of Galina.
In 2011, Danilova married for the fourth time. This time, the Turkish captain Seyhun Ezber became her chosen one. At the moment, the couple live in two countries.
